Biography of Philip Foday Yamba Thulla

Philip Foday Yamba Thulla is currently the Acting Dean of the School of Basic Education, Njala University. He holds a PhD in Literature (The Temne Folk Literature) and does research in Language Education, English Literature and Cultural Anthropology.  Dr. Thulla is also a published writer with SLWS and Ilumina Press.
